We obtain all the cremation documents necessary to do the cremation. Four dcuments are needed: a signed death certificate by a doctor, justice of the peace or medical examiner, a burial transit permit issued by the city or county of death, third is an authorization to cremate signed by the legal next of kin, and finally, a medical examiner cremation permit.  These four documents form part of our 13 step pre-cremation checklist that we use to ensure the cremation is done safely and correctly.

Memorialization is important because it helps bring closure and is an important part of healing in the grieving process.  We can help you plan everything from a simple memorial service, to an elaborate and intricate celebration of life service.  We can glean on our more than 25 years of combined experience in the funeral industry and event planning industry to put together a meaningful and uplifting celebration.  Our memorial service package includes the cremation, coordinating with a celebrant or clergy, providing staff for the memorial service, equipment to display flowers, a vehicle to transport flowers back to your home, a register book for attendees to register their presence, 100 service folders and 50 thank you cards.  We have lead memorial services in our chapel, at a hotel ballroom, at a family’s little league field, and can lead a memorial service at any venue of your choosing.
